Association of ABC Boards 2025 NCAABC General Mangers Meeting room rate. The NCAABC special rate will only be 
available through Saturday, February 22, 2025. After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.
 
RESERVATION DETAILS:
  • Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees.
  • A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block.
  • Check in time: 3:00pm.  Check out time: 11:00am
  • Reservations may be cancelled, and deposit refunded up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. 
  • Cancellations 48 hours or less will be charged one night room and tax.
  • Hotel requires 24 hour notice of early departure. Checking out early without 24 hour notice will be charged a $50.00 early departure fee
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, sleeping rooms and event space.
  • Group rate available two days pre and two days post event, based on hotel’s availability.
  • Complimentary self-parking for all guests
  • Complimentary use of Asheville Racquet Club Downtown for all guest.
